Information you share
When you create an account, we use your name and email to identify your account and provide course access. Consultation requests include the name, email, phone number, appointment and any notes you choose to provide. This information helps us respond and arrange your consultation.
Your learning
Your enrolments and saved lesson progress are associated with your account. Notes you save in the lesson player are stored in this browser on your device. Avoid entering sensitive personal information in lesson notes.
Cookies and preferences
The website uses cookies to maintain sign-in, protect forms and remember your selected language. Browser storage is used for lesson notes. You can clear these through your browser settings; doing so may sign you out and remove notes saved on this device.
Optional Meta ad measurement
If you allow optional measurement, Meta Pixel and Conversions API help us understand which ads lead to enquiries. Events include public page views, dress views, WhatsApp or phone link clicks, and successfully saved consultation requests. A contact click does not tell us whether you sent a message or completed a call.
Measurement may share a page address, dress identifier, event time, browser information, IP address and Meta cookie or ad-click identifiers with Meta. We do not send your customer name, email, phone number, consultation notes, account pages or lesson activity through this integration. Browser and server events use a shared identifier to prevent duplicate counting.
Queued server event details are encrypted and erased after delivery or final failure. Local delivery records expire after seven days. Meta processes received information under its own privacy policy. Declining measurement leaves browsing, enquiries and learning available. Withdrawing consent stops new optional events and cancels events still waiting in our queue. It cannot recall a delivery already in progress or completed. Your privacy choice is remembered for one year.
External services
Some pages load fonts, images or videos from external providers, including Google Fonts and YouTube. WhatsApp and social links open their own services, whose privacy practices apply when you use them.
